Paulo Lopes has 20 years’ experience in tech companies and started as most of us, as a software engineer. For the last 11 years he has been at Xpand IT leading the company. Responsible for high level management, goals and strategy and focused on business development through technology.
Specialties: Management, Business Development, Marketing & Sales, Technical & Business Evangelism.
Nuno Barreto has over 20 years' well-rounded experience in the tech industry, most of all focused on advising customers on how to architect, implement and most importantly on how to leverage technology to achieve business success in a very wide range of technology transformation scenarios, with the best part of this focused on Data solutions.
Specialties: Big Data, Fast Data, Hadoop and NoSQL, Streaming, technology strategy development and implementation; cost/benefit analysis (TCO evaluation and ROI modelling).
Ricardo Pires has +15 years’ experience in the Business Intelligence area where he has successfully helped many customers getting more value from their data. From consultant to BI lead meaning he knows exactly what it takes to build this type of solutions. During his career he worked across many industries and with technologies such as Tableau and Pentaho.
Specialties: Business Intelligence, Pentaho and Tableau, technology strategy development ; analysis, design and implementation.
Francisco Costa has over +14 years' experience in the tech industry. Now leading the Enterprise Solutions unit for Xpand IT, he works with three different LOB's: Middleware, Custom Development and CRM's. His everyday work includes technologies like WSO2, Red Hat, Salesforce, Angular, React, Node.JS, Java, Liferay, and more.

Jorge Borralho has +14 years’ experience in tech companies and works to ensure the best digital journey and experience for clients and end-users. As tech lead for Digital Xperience at Xpand IT his daily projects are Microsoft based, ranging from complex Azure backends to digital channels either on Mobile, Web or even Bots.
Specialties: Microsoft Azure (PaaS and Serverless), Xamarin, Micro services, .NET, Microsoft SQL Server.
Sofia Neto has +14 years’ experience in tech. Her goal is to help others to get the most of Atlassian Solutions and therefore “unleash the potential of every team”. She is a mother of 3 amazing kids and at her "free time" she is actively engaged at social Innovation movements.
